The processing of your personal data is based on your request to participate in the training programme and on the management of your relationship with the training activity in which you have enrolled.

The administration of the training programmes may be carried out through external service providers acting on behalf of and under the instructions of ACCIONA S.A.

Such transfers will be carried out with appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and through mechanisms that ensure a level of protection equivalent to that required under European data protection regulations.
